The parameters dataset for estimating temporal scaling characteristics of sub-daily precipitation across the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau (1km x km), documented by "Ren, Z., Y.-F. Sang, P. Cui, D. Chen, Y. Zhang, T. Gong, S. Sun, N. Mellouli, 2024: Temporal scaling characteristics of sub-daily precipitation in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Earth's Future, DOI: 10.1029/2024EF004417.".
A monthly circulation climatology based on the Lamb classification For Scandinavia (1864-1995):Documentation, Data file. This data set was used to look at the circulation-sea ice (Chen, 1999;Omstedt and Chen, 2001; Chen and Li, 2003), circulation-lake ecosystem (Blenckner, and Chen, 2003),regional climate-circulation (e.g. Hellström et al., 2001) relationships. This data has recently been updatedand extended based on the ADVICE data (thanks to Dr. Anders Moberg andProf. Phil Jones!). It goes now for 1780-2000 (get the file for u, get the file for v, get the file for vorticity)!
